Dreams reflect how our psyches communicate with our conscious minds. Our dreams can provide insight into what is causing the imbalance between our conscious and subconscious lives. Just as we would not ignore the body telling us when we are hungry or thirsty, we should not ignore what our dreams are telling us.
In dream therapy (also known as dream work), I draw upon my professional experience and training in psychology to help you understand what your dreams are trying to tell you at the subconscious level. We can then use that insight to guide you towards improving your interactions, relationships, and overall mind and body.
Some examples of when dream therapy/coaching can help you:
- You are looking for inspiration for a creative project.
- You face a major decision and need guidance.
- A nightmare or recurring dream has been distressing you for a while.
- Your interpersonal relationships are challenging.
- You feel stagnant.

“The dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul.”
